With over two decades of experience in international trade- Nitesh Chaudhari has been instrumental in driving Greta Group’s growth and global presence. As Founder, he has built strong customer relationships and positioned Greta as a trusted global brand.

His strategic vision continues to guide the company towards innovation, sustainable manufacturing, and responsible business practices.

Nitesh holds a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, providing a strong foundation in market dynamics and strategic development.

Rajshekhar Kudupali

Managing Director

With nearly three decades of global experience in senior leadership roles, Rajshekhar is a seasoned mining and business development professional. His career spans leading industrial establishments across India and abroad, where he has driven initiatives in exploration, mining operations, business development, liaison, and marketing. Known for his strategic vision and hands-on leadership, he thrives in corporate entrepreneurship.

He has led greenfield project evaluation, resource estimation, and the development of sustainable mining ventures. Rajshekhar holds a PG degree in Geology and an MBA, blending technical depth with strong business acumen.

Ben Sandhu

Director

Ben Sandhu, co-founder of Ida Sports and current Manager of Entrepreneurship Programs at Curtin University has advised startups in the UK and Australia. Passionate about social change through business, he led RMIT’s LaunchHUB and lectured at Monash Business School. With a sports background, Ben grew Ida into a thriving company, securing major investments and contracts. He loves turning ideas into successful businesses.

Tanvanth Singh

Director

Tanvanth Singh has built a distinguished career as an entrepreneur and advisor, with over 20 years of expertise in guiding and supporting diverse business ventures. From sandalwood processing and land development to retail, agriculture, and mining & exploration, he has played a pivotal role in shaping and driving entrepreneurial success across industries. After founding a successful accounting practice, Tanvanth transitioned into strategic business leadership, bringing insight, discipline, and vision to every venture he supports. He is a qualified Chartered Accountant and holds a Commerce degree from the University of Western Australia.

Derrick Kettlewell

Head – Exploration

Geology graduate of Queensland Institute of Technology (now University of Technology) completing Honours at University of New England. Over 35 years of experience in a diverse range of commodities with Northan Iron Pty Ltd, Lithium Australia NL, Mineral Resources Ltd (including Mt Marion Lithium Mine), Polaris Metals Pty Ltd, AKD Ltd, Triako Resources Ltd, Normandy-NFM Ltd, BHP, Mont Isa Mines Exploration Ltd, and others.  

Multifaceted and knowledgeable geologist accomplished roles spanning exploration target generation and work program design, development and oversight, budget and exploration methodologies.
