Company Overview...

Greta Minerals Pte Ltd Singapore, was established in 2023 and is headquartered in Singapore, with the initial Western Australia landholding being acquired in 2024. Additionally, highly prospective ground was further added in late 2024 and 2025. This expanded the Western Australian ground holding from 770 sq. km. to 1,550 sq. km. The majority of the landholding lies 25 km northwest of Coolgardie in the Eastern Goldfields region of Western Australia. The assets are now part of the wholly owned subsidiary Greta Minerals Australia Ltd, which was established in late 2023. The company was not only set up to hold the Western Australian mineral tenements, but also to enter into joint ventures or purchase significant lithium-gold-rare earth element assets, if warranted.

The Western Australian landholding is strategically located in the Ida Fault Lithium Corridor, a recently defined mineral province in which several lithium mines (Mt Marion) and deposits (Kathleen Valley and Mt Alexander) are situated.

Early UltraFine+ soil sampling exploration at the Gecko North Project, one of seven projects in the Ida Fault Lithium Corridor, has defined a 6.4 km long, up to 3.1 km wide lithium anomaly, along with caesium and gold anomalies. The lithium anomaly lies in similar geology and structural position as the Mt Marion lithium mine, 75 km to the southeast.

OUR APPROACH

Cultural Heritage & Community

At Greta Minerals, we are focused on the exploration and advancement of Lithium, Gold, and Rare Earth Element (REE) assets in Western Australia, one of the world’s most established and mining-friendly jurisdictions. Our activities are centered in the Eastern Goldfields region, where we continue to build and expand a substantial exploration presence across highly prospective geological terrains. Before any exploration begins, we work closely with all land users and Traditional Owners to understand cultural sensitivities, protect heritage sites, and establish mutually beneficial partnerships, ensuring our activities contribute positively to host communities and honor the cultural significance of the land.

Vision

To be Australia’s most responsible multi-commodity explorer, discovering and developing the critical minerals essential for a sustainable global future while honoring the lands and communities in which we operate.

Mission

Across our diverse portfolio, we operate with deep respect for Aboriginal Heritage, unlocking mineral wealth through advanced exploration while developing responsible operations that protect cultural and environmental values. We partner closely with Traditional Owners and other land holders and users to create shared economic opportunities, deliver critical minerals through ethical and transparent supply chains, and create lasting value for all stakeholders. Creating long-term value by responsibly discovering, developing, and delivering Lithium, Gold and Rare Earth minerals through sustainable operations and strategic partnerships.

Projects & Exploration

One of our key focus areas is the Gecko North Project, located approximately 25 kilometres northwest of Coolgardie within the Kalgoorlie Terrane of the Yilgarn Craton. Our tenements are situated east of the Ida Fault, a recognised geological structure associated with lithium-bearing pegmatites and gold mineralisation, and include areas underlain by the Silt Dam Monzogranite of the Bali Suite.

We have undertaken exploration using the Ultrafine+ soil sampling and assay technique, developed by CSIRO and Labwest Minerals Analysis. At Gecko North, 1,224 soil samples were collected and analysed, identifying multiple geochemical anomalies for Lithium, Caesium and Gold, including lithium values of up to 86.6 ppm Li.

Exploration Footprint

We have significantly expanded our exploration footprint in Western Australia, growing our landholding from approximately 700 sq. km. to approximate 1,550 sq. km., comprising 37 granted and 5 pending exploration tenements located within the Eastern Goldfields and one exploration tenement in the South West Terrane regions. The Eastern Goldfields is a proven and highly prospective mining district, while the South West Terrane is an up and coming mining district with the Chalice Mining world-class Julimar Ni-Cu-PGE discovery.

Respect for Traditional Owners

We acknowledge and pay our respects to the Traditional Custodians of the lands on which we operate. We recognize their enduring connection to land, water, and community. Our commitment to meaningful engagement, protection of cultural heritage, and shared economic participation is fundamental to how we conduct our business.
